Sweet pumpkin cheese pie
Despite its sweetness,
it is low in calories,
making it an excellent choice for a healthy diet.
When I want to lose weight,
I steam them and add Mozzarella cheese(๐ฆ) on top
for a satisfying and delicious meal.
Sweet pumpkin can also be used in baking

'INGREDIENTS'
[Pie dough]
- cake flour 113g, unsalted butter 59g,
egg yolk 8g, water 27g, salt 1g
[creamcheese pumpkin filling]
- creamcheese 100g, sugar 30g,
honey 10g, egg 45g, whipping cream 30g,
corn starch 4g, a pinch of cinamon powder,
pumpkin (boiled and finely crushed) 100g

that is the most difficult ingredient to prepare.
It's tough to crush the boiled pumpkin,
but if you want a smooth texture,
try to do your best
to crush it with really fine strainer.
It would be easier when it's hot .
[pumpkin cream]
- whipping cream 150g,
mascapone cheese 30g, sugar 15g,
pumpkin powder 5g

Do you see the uneven bottom?
That's what happens when you don't
cut the pie clearly and pull the piece from it๐
And if you don't make some holes in the dough
when making a pie,
it's bottom will be very uneven.
This is because air can't escape from
under the dough and creates an uneven surface.
Do make the holes for sure๐

Not that easy, and has many process to do!
But it's also fun to make the dough of pie,
and see the color changing when you put
some yellow powder in the cream.
