She is my favorite baking YouTuber 

and was a real lifesaver😆 

during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

As you know, under the infectious disease, 

we could not go to cafes or restaurants comfortably,

 and staying at home for months 

was very stressful.

I felt unmotivated, 

and I couldn't enjoy anything in my life.


During that time, I discovered her baking videos on YouTube.

 In her videos, 

I saw her passion for baking and her effort 

to deliver clear and helpful baking 

for beginners.


She reminded me of the memories of 

baking desserts 

and giving them to my friends

 when I was younger, around 15 years old.

I watched all of her videos and learned a lot about baking delicious and beautiful desserts.

 She allowed me to explore my own baking preferences and try various types of desserts, 

and always aimed to help her subscribers succeed in their baking.


 I admire her passion for the craft and 

the hard work she puts into her videos. 


Thanks to her, baking became 

a source of joy and comfort for me 

during a challenging time.


AND,

She opened an online baking class on COLOSO, 

a Korean platform where experts in various fields teach classes online. 

I ran into the class and paid 

without any hesitation.


Also I strongly recommend the class 

to all the baking beginners.

We can also buy the ingredients and baking tools to follow.


Above all, 

all of the crafts are so charming and awesome.

You will NOT be able to wait to give

 these desserts to the people you love 

when you finish baking :>

Except the Pistachio Berry Dacquoise Cake,

I've tried all of them.

Without a exception, all of them were so great.

Good to learn how to create a special taste.

I won't reveal the recipe 

to make her earn tons of money :)

Instead, 

I'll write down how's the process and the taste!


"The most interesting part making cupcakes is

piping the dough in a mold, 

and filling the cream inside the cupcakes."

The cream was so milky and soft 
that it paired perfectly with the match flavor.

The cream on top and inside of the cupcake 
had different flavors like those colors of them.

 Even though it was just a matcha cupcake, 
it was not predictable or ordinary.

'Remember!'

Cupcakes that contain cream inside 
should be kept in the fridge.

 However, for the best taste and soft texture,

 try them as soon as you put the cream on them, 
or wait at least 20 minutes 
after taking them out of the fridge 
before putting it in your mouth:)
